Minggu kemaren gue digiring untuk nonton film ini oleh salah satu mantan anggota ekskul Pecinta Alam waktu jaman SMA. Awalnya gue agak ragu2 bisa menikmati secara total, soalnya gue bukan orang yang bisa bercengkrama dengan alam, termasuk Alam yang nyanyi "mbah dukun"..
Gue sudah terbiasa menikmati kemewahan kota, macam Toilet duduk dan sprayer buat cebok.. Mbayangin cebok cuma pake daun dibalik semak2, bener2 bikin gue merinding.. Jangankan "survive" di alam liar, gue dilepas di dalam Mall Taman Anggrek aja bisa nyasar.. Dan setelah nonton Pencarian Terakhir, semakin membulatkan tekad gue untuk HANYA mendatangi gunung yang sudah pasti aman, nyaman, terkendali dan teposeliro, misalnya kayak Gunung Agung, Gunung Sahari atau Gunung Si Istri.. hehe..
Cerita dasarnya sangat sederhana. Adek si Sita (by Richa Novisha) hilang selama 1 minggu bareng temen2nya di Gunung Sarangan. Nah, si Sita bareng grup-nya memutuskan untuk ikut melakukan pencarian bareng tim SAR. Twist-nya adalah, salah satu temen lamanya yang bernama Tito (by Lukman Sardi) punya pengalaman hilang di gunung yang sama.
Pengalaman apakah itu?
Kemudian apakah mereka berhasil menemukan adek si Sita?
Bagaimanakan nasib tokoh si Alex Abbad dalam film ini?
Apakah ada akhir bahagia bagi Tito dan Sita?
Apakah harga dolar bisa turun menjadi Rp. 2.000 lagi?
Siapa nama lengkap & berapa nomer KTP masing2 anggota teletubbies!

Walau ceritanya sederhana, tapi pengemasannya sangat menarik.. Apalagi didukung kualitas sinematografi & akting yang pantes diacungi jempol. Dan ini bener2 diluar ekspetasi gue.. Gue sadar saat sebelum nonton bakal menemukan unsur "horor" di dalamnya.. Gue bahkan dah siap sedia menghadapi adegan "putih-putih melayang" yang vulgar.. Tp sekali lagi diluar ekspetasi gue, ternyata film ini lebih ke arah "thriller" daripada "horor".. Banyak adegan menyeramkan yang muncul karena faktor psikologis, dan bukan karena hantu menyeramkan berdarah-darah, dsb.. Dan ini sangat jarang gue temuin di film2 Indonesia..
So.. bagi lo yang juga digiring untuk nonton film ini bareng mantan anggota Pecinta Alam, gue saranin untuk menggunakan baju/jaket lengan panjang, lengkap dengan sarung tangan yang menutupi seluruh jari.. Itu sangat berguna untuk melindungi tangan/jari/lengan anda ketika mantan anggota Pecinta Alam yang duduk disebelah anda tersebut, secara reflek melakukan cakaran atau/dan cubitan saat adegan meneganggkan muncul.. Trust me! You don't wanna mess with someone who can climb with only their fingers..
Akhirnya hari itu gue mendapat banyak kejutan.. Selain film yang bener2 memuaskan, gue juga mempelajari ternyata mantan anggota Pecinta Alam juga doyan main cubit & cakar.. Ganas! Dan walau lengan sedikit biru2 dan baret2, tp gue berharap bisa terulang lagi di masa depan; bisa nonton Film thriller yang apik dan mendapat cubitan & cakaran yang ganas tapi mesra.. hoho..
Overall, sebuah film yang tertata apik.. didukung kualitas akting yang memadai.. Juga unsur sinematografi yang handal.. Maka gue kasih film Pencarian Terakhir dengan skor 4 dari 5 bintang..
Film ini cocok untuk:
- Mantan anggota Pecinta Alam ( bukan alam yang nyanyi "mbah dukun"! )
- Seneng digarot oleh mantan anggota Pecinta Alam yang duduk disebelah.
- Bosen dengan film Indonesia yang menggumbar seks atau darah.
- Sebagai persiapan/pelatihan sebelum mendaki gunung betulan.
PS: Setelah nonton, gue tetep lebih doyan ke Gunung Agung atau Gunung Si Istri.. hehe..
PS2: Diluar masalah mistis, kenapa orang2 yang naik gunung gak pake semacam pemancar sinyal bantuan, yah..?? Pokoknya kayak yang dipake para pemain ski kalo dia tertimbun longsor salju atau yang dipake perahu penyelamat kalo terjadi perahu karam... Jadi biar bisa dideteksi posisinya kalau ada masalah.. Kalo soal harga yang mahal, kayaknya demi nyawa gak ada yang terlalu mahal deh..
